Amy Florida
Known to the team as ‘Hustler in Charge' aka ‘Head Homeslinger’, Amy is honored to lead the daily grind in this dynamic and outrageously fun group! She has been in the real estate industry for over 12 years and has worked diligently to be a Multi-Million Dollar Producer each and every year. She led the team last year in an overall production of $23.4 Million Dollars and over 80 families assisted. Aside from being a tired momma of Charli, Lily, and Parker, Amy is an avid rock and roll concert goer, musician, yogi, and traveler. The business of helping people sell and buy their most valuable asset is something that she feels grateful to be able to wake up and do each and every day. With extensive knowledge of the greater St. Louis and St. Charles area markets, local builders large and small, investment real estate, and all things houses, she and her team is THE group you want on your side!
Shanda Yrigoyen
This mom boss has been selling homes for 10 years now and is an expert in all things real estate! Shanda and Amy have known one another for over 20 years and had adjoining lockers in middle school - little did they know they would one day team up to dominate the real estate market together! Shanda brings a contagious positivity to the group and excels in landing her buyers their dream home by always going the extra mile! Mom to Sevy and wife to Ryan, Shanda spends her free time beating the guys on the golf course, boating, hanging out with friends, and chasing Sevy around local playgrounds!
Trish Roby
Trish is a kind soul and fierce sales lady that you want in your corner when making huge decisions on your largest asset. As a seasoned investor herself, she will share with you her knowledge of the ever-changing investment market and the risks/rewards associated. Trish is passionate about helping her buyers find the perfect place to call home and that comes out in the work she does everyday. Also a licensed nurse, she is the one you want by your side when you faint from the sticker shock upon finally finding your dream home! When not working she enjoys reading books, roller skating, and spending time with her Mom. Trish is the mother of 2 beautiful children - Charlye and Miles, and wife of the love of her life Charles.
Krissy Eaton
Krissy is a seasoned sales veteran as well as a long time real estate investor client of ours turned team member! Her and her husband Brad have been in the investment game for over 6 years now- which you will find translates very well into helping you, as her client, make the most profitable decisions in searching for your home or next rental portfolio addition. She is also mom to Kendall, Brayden, and Hudson which keeps her on her toes between appointments! When she is not running to appointments or busy being a Soccer and Cheer Mom Krissy loves spending time with her friends and family, hitting the beach, and traveling.
